Glass, frames and sills, front and back. I use a water-fed pole and purified water, so nothing leans against your guttering and the windows dry without streaks or spotting.

You don't need to be home. As long as I can get round the back I'll get on with it, and a payment ticket goes through the letterbox either way — so you know I've been and what it came to.

Conservatories

Conservatory glass goes in with your window clean rather than being priced separately — the sides, the frames and the roof panels. It's the part most people don't realise can be done, and it makes more difference to how bright the room feels than anything else on this page.

If yours has never been done, say so when you ring and I'll allow the extra time for the first visit.

Gutter clearing and vacuuming

Gutters cleared with a vacuum system from the ground, then the fascias and soffits washed down so the white plastic actually looks white again.

Blocked gutters cause damp long before anyone notices a leak. If yours are sprouting grass, they've been full for a while.

PVC cladding cleaning

Algae, green streaking and rust marks washed off cladding, render and uPVC panels with a soft-wash approach — no pressure washer blasting at the boards, no damage to the finish.

It's the job that makes the biggest visual difference for the least money, and most people don't know it's an option until they see a before and after.

Shopfronts, cafés, offices and blocks of flats. Priced the same way as domestic work — per property, quoted before I start — on whatever schedule suits you.

Invoiced on the Friday after the job is done, 30 days to pay. No cash in the till, no chasing residents individually.
